Client Intake Form

Thank you very much for giving Dovel & Luner the opportunity to evaluate your legal matter. The cases we take typically meet the following criteria:

  • a client with integrity;
  • a strong liability claim;
  • damages (e.g., out-of-pocket losses, contract damages, statutory damages, etc.) of at least $5,000,000; and
  • a defendant who can afford to pay.

This form is part of a process that will allow us to determine whether our firm is the right fit for your matter and to run a conflict check.

  • You are providing this information to us for the purpose of seeking legal representation, and we will treat this information exchange as an attorney-client communication for the purposes of the attorney-client privilege. But you acknowledge that Dovel & Luner does not represent you with regard to the matter you present below. You are providing us preliminary information that we will use to evaluate whether we will represent you in the future. We do not represent you, and we will not provide you any legal advice, unless and until both you and we sign a written agreement setting forth the terms and conditions for us to represent you.

We anticipate that one of our attorneys or intake specialists will follow up within one week after receiving the form.
