Privacy Policy for Case Investigations

When investigating potential or active cases, we may ask people interested in participating in the case for their name and contact information (such as their email addresses and phone numbers) and for basic facts related to the case.  When this information is provided to us, we use the information solely for the purpose of our case investigation and our evaluation of the person submitting the information as a potential client or witness.  We do not share this information with any third party services for marketing purposes and, unless required to do so by law, we do not disclose this information to anyone outside of our firm unless we first receive the permission to do so from the person who provided their name and contact information to us.
