Have you purchased a L’Oréal “Paris” beauty product?

L’Oréal prominently displays “Paris” on the front packaging of its cosmetics, haircare, and perfume products.  L’Oréal’s packaging also displays instructions and descriptions of its products in French.

But many of L’Oréal’s products are not made in Paris, or anywhere in France.  In fact, many such products are made in the United States, for example in Arkansas.
