We have filed a class action complaint in federal court in Colorado, seeking compensation for Ikon pass holders.  You can read the complaint here.

To join the class action, you do not need to do anything at this time.  As the case moves forward, we will ask the judge to certify the case as a class action.  If the judge certifies a class action, we expect to send out a notice to all Ikon pass holders (Base Pass and the Ikon Pass) for the 2019-2020 season, with further information.
