The Broad Fire erupted the morning of November 6, 2024, in Malibu, California. As of Wednesday, November 6th, the fire had already burned 50 acres in Los Angeles County, destroying two structures and triggering evacuations and road closures near Pepperdine University.
According to officials, the origin of the Broad Fire is still under investigation.
